Financial Perspective

•            Ensure adherence to the allocated budget

Customer Perspective

•            Provide inputs to resolve  practical planning and development problems on the surveyed piece of land

Internal Process Perspective

•            Conduct a survey of the site at the start of the project

•            Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations and quality of soil

•            Undertake levelling and create demarcations at the site in line with project design specifications

•            Direct surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction

•            Assemble field data, reduce field notes and makes survey calculations.

•            Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed

•            Coordinate findings with architects and civil engineers concerned with project

•            Adhere to the Department SOPs Adhere to SAP reporting requirements

Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Surveying

3-4 years relevant experience in the Real Estate/ Infrastructure/ Construction/ Related industry
