Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  
• Manage site operations, including labour control, supervision, and monitoring to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
