Civil Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the construction process of high-rise buildings, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Supervise site laborers and contractors to ensure proper execution of reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing works.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related queries.

Job Requirements :

• 4-18 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise building construction methods (Mivan) and residential projects.
• Proficiency in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures and finishing techniques.
• Experience with shuttering systems used for concrete placements.
