Civil Supervisor

Role & responsibilities :

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety procedures.
• Verify measurements and quantities of work completed at the site.
• Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the store and procurement teams for timely material availability.
• Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays in project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are maintained.
• Assist in planning and scheduling site activities as per project timelines.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Billing teams for contractor work certification and documentation.
