Civil Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee building construction projects from foundation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient labor allocation and effective project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and optimize project outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in civil supervision or related field (building construction).
• Strong understanding of finishing work processes and techniques.
• Excellent labour control skills for managing teams effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
