Civil Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day site activities and get the work completed efficiently through the labour team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise labourers and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
• Have strong practical knowledge of civil/construction site work.
• Allocate daily tasks and targets to labourers and follow up on progress.
• Check work quality, measurements, finishing, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and other workers.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization of materials.
• Execute work as per drawings, site instructions, and project requirements.
• Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
• Identify site issues and take practical steps to resolve them.
