Civil Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at commercial and residential building projects.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other building-related civil works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth site execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, work quality, progress, and site safety.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution and technical issues.
• Maintain site measurements, work progress reports, and other required documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering Mandatory.
• 8+ years of relevant experience Mandatory.
• Must have hands-on experience in Commercial Buildings, Residential Buildings, High-Rise Buildings, or Real Estate Construction.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and site supervision.
• Candidate must have relevant building construction experience specifically.
• Bridge, road, drainage, highway, flyover, irrigation, or other infrastructure/heavy civil construction experience will NOT be considered.
