Civil Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Manage and allocate manpower according to daily work requirements.
• Monitor material availability, usage, and wastage at the site.
• Check the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Read and understand civil/structural drawings and layouts.
• Coordinate and verify measurements of completed works.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 25 years of relevant site supervision experience.
