Civil Site Supervisor | Infrastructure Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate civil and execution works for new store openings.

- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of works.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams.

- Handle and coordinate resolution of infrastructure and maintenance complaints, ensuring timely closure of issues.

- Monitor work quality as per required standards.

- Track material requirements and site progress.

- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate for timely closure.

- Maintain site-related documents, reports and updates.

- Ensure execution of works as per approved plans and timelines.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of civil works and site supervision.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- MS Office and basic AutoCAD knowledge.

- Ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors.

- Willingness to travel to project/store locations as required.
