Civil Site Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 12 to 16 years of experience in industrial construction or related field.
• Strong background in civil construction management with expertise in client coordination and site execution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.
• Diploma / BE / BTech Civil
• Preferred Exp - Oil & Gas Refinery Construction / Industrial Building Construction/ Thermal Power Construction
