Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to lead and manage project teams across ongoing residential developments. Acting as the primary point of contact for site execution, you will oversee project delivery from planning to handoverensuring strict quality control,

adherence to budgets, and timely milestones aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Leadership: Lead site operations and coordinate project teams to ensure seamless execution from groundbreaking to final handover.
• Resource Optimization (4 Ms): Develop and implement comprehensive site delivery plans, managing Men, Materials, Money, and Methods.
• Material Procurement & Tracking: Track material requirements, follow up on Free of Cost (FOC) materials, and oversee quality checking for incoming inventory.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Enforce contractual compliance, monitor workforce productivity, and manage on-site subcontractors.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict standard operating procedures, conduct regular quality audits, and implement essential safety protocols.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with architectural, MEP, structural, purchase, and management teams to resolve site constraints quickly.
• Reporting & Reviews: Daily progress tracking, manpower productivity, work planning, and delay reporting are essential; organize structured progress reviews with senior management, and maintain transparent reporting workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of high-rise construction methodologies, structural frameworks, finishing work, and site infrastructure development.
• Quality Control: Sound working knowledge of material testing procedures (concrete, reinforcing steel, soil, raw aggregates, and finishing materials).
• Multi-Project Handling: Demonstrated ability to handle site operational workflows across multiple project phases simultaneously.

Good-to-Have Experience :

• Prior experience working with or under Project Management Consultants (PMC)
• Hands-on experience with modern formwork technologies (Mivan/aluminum formwork).

Software & Technology Preferences

• ERP Proficiency: Working knowledge or expertise in Farvision ERP is strongly preferred.
• Tech Adaptability: Openness to adopting and learning new digital site management tools, reporting platforms, and construction technologies.Behavioral & Interpersonal Attributes
• Cross-Functional Team Player: Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment alongside architects, MEP engineers, billing, and procurement teams.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong capability to direct site staff, troubleshoot field issues under pressure, and present clear reports to leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years in real estate development, specifically managing group housing and high-rise building projects.
• Domain Preference: Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in real estate, construction, or builder firms.
