Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing on-site workforces, and ensuring that execution perfectly matches structural drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in civil site execution under an EPC framework and must be comfortable working on outstation project sites across India as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Execution & Supervision: Manage and supervise daily civil construction activities to ensure execution adheres strictly to approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Workforce Coordination: Monitor and coordinate with sub-contractors, supervisors, and labor forces to maintain site discipline and optimal productivity.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conduct regular quality checks on workmanship and verify that incoming raw materials (concrete, steel, etc.) comply with project specifications.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site diaries, and material consumption registers for submission to the Project Manager.
• Quantity Survey & Billing Support: Assist in taking site measurements, checking Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and cross-verifying contractor bills against physical progress.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and housekeeping protocols across the project site to maintain a zero-incident environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Mobility: Strong willingness to travel or relocate to various project sites across India (PAN India operations).
• Software: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and strong proficiency in MS Excel for generating site reports.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of concrete works, shuttering, leveling, and interpreting complex structural blueprints.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges efficiently.
