Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Development & Civil Engineer to oversee site visits, construction activities, engineering work, and colony development projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in construction, plot development, site supervision, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
  
• Oversee and coordinate all engineering activities related to site construction and development.
  
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  
• Handle colony/layout development and plot development activities.
  
• Prepare, maintain, and update Excel reports, site progress reports, measurements, and project documentation.
  
• Review and maintain engineering drawings, site layouts, and construction drawings.
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  
• Monitor material usage, workmanship, safety, and construction quality.
  
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
  
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  
• Assist in plot designing/layout planning and development.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• Previous hands-on experience in construction and colony/site development.
  
• Good knowledge of plot designing, layout planning, and site development.
  
• Ability to read and understand civil/engineering drawings.
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining project reports and records.
  
• Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
  
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, measurements, and quality control.
  
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Practical, site-oriented professional with strong execution skills.
  
• Previous experience in residential layouts, colony development, or plotted development will be preferred.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to independently manage site activities and provide regular progress updates.
  

Salary: 4–6 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
