Civil Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.

2. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

3. Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.

4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

5. Check and approve measurements of completed work.

6. Ensure quality control through inspections and testing of materials and workmanship.

7. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices on site.

8. Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment.

9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

10. Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.

11. Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), concrete quantities, and material consumption.

12. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
