Job Description: Civil Engineer Construction & Site Supervision

Position: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
  
• Monitor civil construction work as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and other site teams.
  
• Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
  
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.
  
• Check measurements and quantities of completed work.
  
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower.
  
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
  
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
  
• Assist in planning, execution, and completion of construction work.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• Relevant experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
  
• Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to manage site activities and workers.
  
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
  
• Willingness to work at construction sites.
