Civil / Finishing Site Engineer

• Supervise and execute civil, faade, cladding, glazing, tiles, flooring, interior, reinforcement, and painting works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage surface preparation, primer/paint systems, DFT measurement, putty, and coating works.
• Check material consumption, manpower, productivity, and work progress.
• Conduct quality inspections, snag identification, and rectification.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and finishing drawings.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project schedules.
• Ensure work-at-height and site safety compliance.
• Support final inspection, snag closure, and handover.
