Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  
• Manage labor resources, including supervisors, workers, and equipment to achieve project goals.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
  
• Diploma or BE degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of building construction processes, materials science, and structural design principles.
