- Key Accountabilities
- Ensure Safety of equipment and personnel working at site by implementing JSW safety standards.
- Set out, level and survey the site.
- Co-ordinate with Project teams and other agencies for effective delivery of services
- Ensuring quality parameters
- Manage the site on a day-to-day basis.
- Inspection/checking and clearance to work.
- Prepare and create site reports, as well as complete any necessary paperwork.
- Should plan and manage resources for day to day executions.
- Execution of civil work adhering to project schedule.
- Measurements certification as per drawing.
- Educational Qualification
- BE/ B Tech in Civil Engineering
- Technical Competencies
- Working knowledge in Auto Cad, MS Office, knowledge on Survey
- Project execution skill
- Exposure to safety requirements of job hazard, contract management
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good Understanding of drawings
- Quality control

- Must have 10+ years site experience in construction/project.
- Experience in the area of latest techniques for modification/renovation / maintenance of civil building.
