About this role
Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Monitor quality, measurements and workmanship.
* Manage contractors, labour and daily manpower.
* Plan daily work and ensure timely completion.
* Check material requirements, usage and wastage.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
* Check RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
* Take site measurements and verify contractor bills.
* Identify site issues and resolve/escalate them quickly.
* Maintain daily site progress reports and photographs.
* Track project progress against the schedule.
* Ensure basic site safety and proper PPE usage.
* Check and complete snag/pending works before handover.
* Take complete ownership of assigned site activities and timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, drawing reading, site execution, contractor management and quantity measurements.
