Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer to supervise and manage the civil construction activities of a residential villa project. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in residential construction, site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, quantity estimation and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
• Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Prepare and verify BOQ, measurements and quantity estimates.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely availability at site.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper execution of work as per required quality standards.
• Maintain site records, measurements, progress reports and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate contractor billing and verify work measurements.
• Use Auto CAD and interpret architectural/structural drawings as required.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with plumbing, electrical and interior teams wherever required.
  

Employment Terms

The initial employment period will be six (6) months on a project basis. The engagement may be extended based on project requirements, project progress and performance.
