Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Construction Executive to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction or real estate industry and should be willing to work at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Supervise labor and subcontractor work.
• Ensure work is carried out as per project plans and timelines.
• Monitor material availability and usage at the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other teams.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction/site operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction activities and site operations.
• Ability to manage site-related responsibilities independently.
• Candidates from Construction / Real Estate backgrounds preferred.
