Role Overview

• Job Title: Civil Site Engineer / Incharge.
• Reporting Line: Reports directly to the COO / Management.
• Core Purpose: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensure structural compliance with blueprints, and lead field teams to complete building construction safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage daily on-site civil and structural construction activities to align with design drawings and specifications.
• Quality & Safety Control: Perform quality inspections for materials and workmanship (concrete, steel, masonry); strictly enforce site safety protocols.
• Contractor & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate work schedules, resolve technical field issues, and review contractor work progress and billing.
• Reporting & Planning: Maintain daily site logs, track work progress against project baselines, and report issues to project managers.
• Surveying & Verification: Verify site layouts, levels, lines, and dimensions before structural pours or installations.
• Ad-Hoc Site Requirements: Perform other civil engineering tasks and operational duties as instructed by management to meet project deadlines and milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements
BE / B. Tech in civil.
Proven High Rise Building Constructions experience as a Civil Site Engineer/Incharge.
