Civil Project Manager (Client Side / PMC)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Civil Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience, preferably in industrial, factory, warehouse, or commercial projects, to manage project execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor civil project execution as per drawings, specifications, quality, cost, and timelines.
• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, rate analysis, and tender documents.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, safety, and manpower productivity.
• Review contractor measurements, bills, variations, and claims.
• Coordinate civil works with MEP, HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, interiors, and other services.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, IS standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, inspection records, and handover documents.
• Identify project risks, delays, and cost impacts and take corrective actions.

Qualification & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/ in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant project/site execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and external works.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
