Civil Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise overall high-rise building construction projects.

Plan, schedule, and execute construction activities as per project timelines.

Handle Mivan shuttering, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and structural work.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Monitor daily site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources efficiently.

Monitor project budgets, control costs, and minimize material wastage.

Ensure adherence to construction safety standards and statutory requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Review project drawings, BOQs, work schedules, and progress reports.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Lead site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams.

Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects.

Strong knowledge of Mivan formwork technology and execution.

Excellent project planning, execution, and team management skills.

Knowledge of structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and concrete technology.

Strong understanding of quality control, safety standards, and construction practices.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple construction activities and meet strict deadlines.
