Key Responsibilities:

• To monitor the Execution of Civil activities pertaining to projects.
• Co-ordinate with external agencies and contractors for execution of Projects.
• To initiate the purchase requisition and co ordinate with SCM team pertaining to Civil activities.
• Inspect all incoming materials with purchase orders process and distributes documentation with purchase orders.
• Monitor the delivery and work quality of contractors and consultant.
• Review contractor manpower planning and ensure timely completion of projects. Verify contractor bills and submit for certification. Responsible of materials reconciliation and co ordinate with the purchase team for the material tracking.
• To coordinate with other discipline in charges to ensure smooth workflow.
• Responsible for timely execution of all projects within budgeted cost.
• Responsible for coordinating the allocated projects and updating the status to the manager on daily basis.
• Ensuring quality and safety in workplace area.
