Civil Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise end-to-end civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
• Monitor daily site activities, work progress, labour productivity, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, working drawings, and construction plans.
• Supervise RCC work, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing activities.
• Ensure construction quality, material specifications, and compliance with approved drawings and project standards.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, daily progress reports, weekly updates, and project completion plans.
• Manage material procurement, resource allocation, manpower planning, and inventory requirements.
• Monitor project costs, BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and budget utilization.
• Identify site issues, resolve execution challenges, and take corrective action to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety practices and quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate inspections, snag rectification, and final project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates currently working as Civil Project Managers, Senior Civil Engineers, Construction Project Engineers, or Civil Site Engineers with project coordination and execution responsibilities are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential buildings, bungalows, villas, turnkey construction, and end-to-end project management will be preferred.
