Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of civil construction materials, including cement, steel, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, MEP materials, and finishing materials.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct RFQs, tendering, bid comparisons, negotiations, and finalization of purchase orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely material availability at project sites as per project schedules.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks.

Required Experience:

• 5 to 15 years of experience in Civil Procurement within Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, EPC, or Industrial Projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
• Experience in handling large-value procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Expertise in vendor development and contract management.
