About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project
- Develop baseline plans, WBS, and resource planning
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and management
- Identify delays and implement corrective actions
- Prepare MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Handle project risks and mitigation strategies
- Manage contract documentation, BOQ, and claims (EOT)
- Lead and mentor the planning team
Preferred candidate profile
Experienced persons graduation from Nicmar are preferred
Strong experience in civil project planning & execution
