Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil or Electrical Engineer with strong experience in Project Management, Administration, Facility Management, and Maintenance.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on and capable of managing civil works, electrical systems, building maintenance, office infrastructure, vendors, facilities, and administrative activities. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil, electrical, facility, maintenance, and office infrastructure activities.
• Manage projects related to office interiors, renovations, electrical works, civil works, and facility upgrades.
• Handle day-to-day facility management and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance of electrical panels, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and other building systems.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, electricians, civil contractors, and other vendors.
• Manage AMC contracts, maintenance schedules, service providers, and vendor performance.
• Review BOQs, quotations, estimates, work orders, bills, and project costs.
• Coordinate procurement of electrical, civil, maintenance, furniture, and facility related materials/services.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and completion timelines.
• Conduct regular site and facility inspections and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
• Support office administration, housekeeping, security, transportation, and general facility requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, Security, Finance, HR, and management teams.
• Ensure required safety, fire, electrical, and facility compliance activities are maintained.
• Maintain documentation related to projects, maintenance, assets, vendors, contracts, AMCs, approvals, and expenses.
• Provide regular status updates to management and proactively escalate risks or delays.

Required Skills

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Strong experience in Facilities Management, Administration, Maintenance, or Project Management.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and building infrastructure.
• Exposure to civil works, interiors, HVAC, fire & safety, plumbing, and MEP coordination is preferred.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and AMC management.
• Good understanding of BOQs, budgeting, quotations, procurement, and cost control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, vendors, and facility activities.
