Job Description

We are looking for experienced Civil Interior Finishing Engineers to manage and supervise civil finishing and interior execution activities at real estate and construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil and interior finishing works at residential, commercial, high-rise, and premium real estate projects.
• Manage plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, marble, granite, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, waterproofing, doors, and windows.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Execute work as per approved architectural drawings, interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to finishing standards and safety guidelines.
• Check site measurements, quantities, and material requirements to control wastage and project costs.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion against actual site progress and approved BOQs.
• Manage snagging and de-snagging activities and ensure closure of defects before handover.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection reports, site records, and material consumption reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil and interior finishing techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, interior drawings, and BOQs.
• Hands-on experience in site execution, finishing quality control, and contractor management.
• Knowledge of flooring, tiling, painting, false ceilings, waterproofing, and other finishing activities.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction reporting tools.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a regular full-time course.
• Relevant experience in civil finishing and interior execution within the real estate and construction industry is mandatory.
• Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or premium real estate projects will be preferred.
