Civil Foreman Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Read drawings, estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and manage manpower effectively.
• Conduct layout planning, bar bending schedules (BBS), and RCC work execution.
• Ensure accurate estimation and billing processes are followed.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve issues related to material procurement and labor management.
• Two wheeler with driving licence

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Diploma or B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, creating estimates based on designs, and preparing billings accurately.
• Strong understanding of BBS creation using software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
