Civil Finishing Foreman

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil finishing activities at the site.
• Manage plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors, and other finishing works.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Supervise contractors, workers, and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Monitor manpower, material requirements, and daily work progress.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, contractors, architects, and project teams.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues related to finishing works.
• Ensure proper measurements and quality checks are maintained.
• Prepare daily progress updates and maintain site records.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at the workplace.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil finishing/site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of finishing and construction activities.
• Good manpower handling and site coordination skills.
• Ability to understand civil drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hospital/institutional/commercial project experience will be preferred.
