Civil Finishing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all civil finishing activities at the project site.
• Handle plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors, and other finishing works.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and other project teams.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation.
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil finishing/site execution.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction practices.
• Good site supervision and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
