About this role
Candidate with 5-8 years of mandatory experience in handling Execution of 3-5 Star Hotel/Hospitality projects.
His responsibilities will include but not restricted to:
- Day to day planning, sequencing of job, proper utilization of materials & manpower.
- Time and cost analysis and its implication on project, billing of the project and handover to operations team.
- Preparation of new BOQ or amendment of BOQ, BOM for civil works of projects.
- Capacity to monitor budget during execution of project.
