About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil works.
- Prepare BOQs for all type of civil works based on DSR/CPWD specifications
- Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation
- Drawing & Technical Coordination
- Billing & Quantity Verification
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 38 years of relevant experience in civil estimation, quantity surveying, tendering, and cost management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of estimation/QS software will be an advantage.
