Civil Engineer

We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee and manage all on-site execution activities for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on site management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality construction delivery

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per the project plan.
• Supervise site operations including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineers : B.E/B.Tech - Civil
• 2+ years of experience in site execution in real estate or infrastructure projects
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
