Civil Engineer

Job Description:
DevRep Developer Private Limited is a growing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our corporate office team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing office-based engineering operations, project monitoring, coordination, and billing to ensure smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Monitoring & Reporting: Review construction plans, Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), and track project schedules against milestones.
• Billing & Estimation: Review Running Account (RA) bills, quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and variations against approved budgets.
• Tendering & Procurement: Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and vendor documentation for procurement.
• Design & Drawing Review: Review structural designs, architectural layouts, and shop drawings (2D/3D) before sending them to the site teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with site engineers, clients, sub-contractors, and the procurement team to resolve technical queries.
• Documentation: Maintain absolute accuracy in engineering records, drawing registers, and MIS reporting for management presentations.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Prior experience working with an EPC construction or infrastructure company is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (or similar project management tools).
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of RA billing, BOQ preparation, measurement sheets, and drawing reading.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor and client interaction.
