Job description

Aparna Sarovar is a premium residential community in Nallagandla, Hyderabad, with over 1,100 flats. We are looking for a Civil Engineer to inspect common-area infrastructure, plan repairs and supervise civil maintenance and improvement works.

Key responsibilities

* Inspect buildings and common areas for seepage, cracks, damaged finishes and other civil maintenance issues.

* Plan and supervise waterproofing, painting, masonry, tiling, paving and drainage repairs.

* Prepare work estimates, quantities and scopes for contractor quotations.

* Review quotations and support vendor selection with technical inputs.

* Check materials, workmanship, site measurements and contractor bills.

* Track work schedules, costs and completion, and report pending issues.

* Coordinate access, barricading and housekeeping during works.

* Maintain inspection records, photographs, warranties and completion documents.

* Refer suspected structural defects to a qualified structural consultant and follow up on the recommended action.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with practical experience in building maintenance, civil repairs and contractor supervision. Experience in occupied residential communities or commercial properties is preferred.

The candidate should be able to assess repair requirements, prepare estimates, check measurements and supervise work safely with minimum inconvenience to residents.
