Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, designs, and specifications
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure quality compliance
• Conduct site surveys, soil investigations, and quantity estimations
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project management teams
• Monitor material usage and ensure adherence to approved mix designs
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in highway or infrastructure construction
• Knowledge of IRC codes, MORTH specifications, and IS standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar engineering software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with bridge or flyover construction
• Familiarity with quantity surveying and billing processes
