The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end management of construction projects to achieve timely and efficient delivery aligned with Quadra s standards
- Lead identification and assessment of third-party vendors for optimal quality and commercial advantage
- Optimize cost structures by negotiating with suppliers and implementing rigorous quotation analysis and comparison
- Coordinate closely with electrical and plumbing teams to ensure seamless system integration and project continuity
- Design and execute robust project documentation to enable clear communication with stakeholders and internal teams
- Deliver continual process improvements by adapting workflows for evolving project demands and technical challenges
- Support project status reporting and proactively address emerging issues to mitigate risks and maintain quality benchmarks
