Civil Engineer

Location: Khavda, Gujarat Client Site Office
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred. NICMAR qualification will be an added advantage.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of Internal Audit experience in Solar projects. The role will involve conducting on-site reviews of civil works, assessing compliance, identifying operational risks and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site reviews and audits of civil works.
• Evaluate adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assess civil maintenance practices and processes.
• Evaluate equipment utilization and operational effectiveness.
• Review contractor performance, work quality, and billing.
• Review material management and utilization.
• Identify key risks and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Support preparation of internal audit reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders during audit assignments.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of civil works, preferably within solar projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards and SOPs.
• Hands-on exposure to Internal Audit assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively at a client site.
