\About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Civil Engineering professionals (M.Tech / PhD) to work as Subject Matter Experts. You will create high-quality QuestionSolutionAnswer (QSA) datasets based on civil engineering drawings, diagrams, schematics, and technical figures.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret civil engineering drawings, structural diagrams, and technical figures
• Create clear, accurate, and well-structured questions
• Develop detailed step-by-step solutions with proper technical reasoning
• Validate final answers for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct necessary research to ensure high-quality technical content
• Review and improve existing QSA content when required

Requirements

• M.Tech or PhD in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Strong fundamentals in structural engineering, geotechnical, transportation, or related civil domains
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical figures
• Excellent technical writing and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output
