Responsibilities

• Visiting the projects, checking the quality, coordinate with contractors, clients, Vendors.
• Oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
• Analyze drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
• billing, estimation
• Estimation of works, preparing proposals, Making tender documents etc.
• Planning and conceptualizing projects, Material Management, Execution of projects, getting Work Executed
• Forecast design and construction time frames
