Civil Engineer

1. Project Execution & Site Management

• Execute civil construction activities including buildings, Projects, foundations, and utilities.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project completion.

2. Planning & Coordination

• Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, EHS, QA) for project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure all civil works comply with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and verify material quality (cement, steel, aggregates).
• Implement corrective actions for deviations.

4. Maintenance & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee maintenance of plant infrastructure including buildings, drainage systems, and utilities.
• Identify and address repair and renovation requirements.
