Responsibilities - Prepare and send detailed billing statements and invoices for projects, following contract terms and company policies.
- Review and analyse project contracts, making sure accurate billing and cost management.
- Handle any billing and contract issues with clients and subcontractors.
- Keep records of all project billing activities, like invoices, receipts, and documents.
- Make and present regular cost reports and financial summaries to management and stakeholders.
- Work with project managers, engineers, and other team members to align project scope, budget, and billing.
- Help resolve billing-related disputes and claims.
- Follow industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all billing and cost management activities.
- Regularly audit billing practices to ensure accuracy and integrity.
