Civil Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, surveyors and site supervisors.
• Monitor work progress, material requirements, manpower and project timelines.
• Check measurements, quantities and quality of civil works.
• Coordinate with consultants and project management teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress records and relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
• Candidates with experience in township, residential or large-scale development projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, site supervision, construction management and project execution.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, BOQ and quality control.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities, manpower and timelines effectively.
• Candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur preferred.
