Civil Engineer

• Project Planning & Design
• Plan and execute civil works for residential/commercial real estate projects (apartments, villas, townships, commercial complexes)
• Review architectural and structural drawings, layouts, and specifications
• project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation Site Execution & Supervision
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and MEP teams
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor excavation, foundation, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship
• Quality & Safety Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and RERA/local regulatory norms
• Implement quality control checks for materials and construction processes
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and design discrepancies
• Cost & Resource Management
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material requirement plans
• Monitor project budget and control construction costs
• Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor/supplier relationships
• Track labor productivity and manage manpower planning
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books
• Prepare bills, running account (RA) bills, and certify contractor payments
• Liaise with government bodies for approvals (municipal corporation, RERA, environmental clearances, etc.)
• Submit periodic progress reports to management and clients Coordination
• Work closely with sales/marketing teams to align construction timelines with possession commitments
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, and interior teams
• Support handover process to customers, addressing snag list/defect rectifications
