Civil Engineer -Urgent Requirement in Baddi Plant

Role & responsibilities

To lead the Civil Projects General Maintenance in all 3 Units, for all Structural ,Masonry and Plumbing activities. Provide

suitable information to ConsultantArchitect and any relevant person and getting the activity done for successful designing,

approval and execution of project in conjunction with Electrical and Mechanical Team. Communication with Vendor, for

proper execution of agreed conditions.

Implement the Project Management System thru SAP and MIS reporting. Developing and Preparing the Standard

procedures and implementing to comply with Management System requirements.

Periodic MIS preparation, Review and prepare action plan to mitigate the riskloss in operationimplementation.

Preferred candidate profile

Project Management, Safety management in Project, SAP working knowledge for Project working, MS Project working,

Compliance and Legal requirements, Standards of Civil work execution , and, their implementation. Preparation of GA

Layout, BOQBOM, as per drawing, Measurement Sheet, Execution of Tender, and compliance report of the same,

Fabrication erection.

Ability to read and understand Process Flow sheet, in conjunction with Vendor and Process Stake holders for preparation

of GA Layout and Specification of requirements, Time lines Gantt Chart. Should have knowledge to understand Mechanical

drawings for basic understanding and co-ordination for project execution.

Vendor Management, technical negotiation, Contractor communication and getting the work done in due time.

Verification of Job done Quality and Quantity for release of Bill. Commissioning Handover of Building Area Equipment and

put to production with all stake holders.
