Civil Engineer Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist senior engineers in daily project activities and site execution
• Supervise structural repair, retrofitting, rehabilitation & waterproofing works
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, labour teams and site personnel
• Monitor work quality, project progress and site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned projects

Skills Required:
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods & site practices
• Experience in structural repairs, rehabilitation, retrofitting or waterproofing is preferred
• Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel and work at PAN-India project locations
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the construction field
