Job Description:

• Supervise civil construction activities for an industrial/factory project.
• Manage RCC works, foundations, flooring, reinforcement and structural works.
• Coordinate with local contractors, workers and suppliers.
• Check construction quality and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
• Prepare/check BOQ, quantities, material requirements and measurements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and project management team.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Handle day-to-day civil/site-related issues.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Industrial/factory construction experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of RCC, foundations, concrete, reinforcement and industrial flooring.
• AutoCAD knowledge.
• Experience in site supervision and contractor management.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate from India to Africa.
• International/Africa project experience will be an advantage.
